1. Information we collect

When you place an order, we collect the name, phone number, email address, and UPI reference you provide. If you create an account, we also store your email and any name you choose to share. If you add a plan to your account for delivery, we may receive the login details you share so we can activate it for you.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to confirm payments, deliver your order over WhatsApp, verify and repair subscriptions, provide support, and send you login codes. We may also use your email or WhatsApp to update you about your orders or account. We never sell your personal information.

3. Payments

Payments are collected via UPI. We receive the UPI reference of your payment to match and confirm your order. We do not store your UPI PIN, card numbers, or banking passwords — and we never ask for them.

4. One-time passcodes

To log in to your account, we send a one-time code (OTP) to your email. OTPs are valid for a short period and are used only to verify that you own the email address. Keep your OTP private — we will never ask you to share it with anyone.

5. What we store and for how long

We store your order history, wallet balance, and account details to deliver your subscriptions and provide support. We keep records only as long as needed to operate the service and comply with any legal obligations.

6. Sharing with third parties

We share information only where necessary to provide the service: with the payment providers you choose, with the third-party service providers whose plans we resell (only what is needed to activate and maintain your access), and with email delivery services used to send you OTPs and order updates.

7. Security

We use secure sessions, rate-limited one-time codes, and follow reasonable technical safeguards to protect your data. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your choices

You can contact us on WhatsApp to request a copy of the data we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it. Deleting your account data may affect access to your subscriptions.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page, and continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
